Meat Crate - What is Monorail System? Why is it used?
Meat crate - monorail system is a special type of refrigerated crate that provides suspended transportation of carcass meat with strong rail mechanisms mounted on the vehicle roof. It is manufactured with GRP (glass reinforced polyester) coated outside and 60-120 mm polyurethane filled panels inside, providing high insulation. It complies with national and international transportation standards thanks to its ATP and FRC certified production process.
Meat Crate - What Does the Monorail System Do?
This system allows carcass meats to be easily loaded and unloaded by sliding on the rail track. Thus, the products are not damaged during the transportation process, hygiene is maintained and the cold chain is kept uninterrupted. Thanks to strong insulation panels and cooling units, the temperature inside the crates can be maintained down to -18°C.
