What is a Meat Crate - Carcass System? Why is it used?
The meat crate - carcass system is a special type of refrigerated crate that allows hygienic transportation of carcass meats thanks to rails and hangers mounted on the ceiling. It is produced with GRP (glass reinforced polyester) coated panels on the outside and high density polyurethane filled panels on the inside. Thanks to ATP and FRC certified production, it complies with national and international transportation standards.
Meat Crate - What Does the Carcass System Do?
This system allows carcass meats to be transported suspended without touching the floor. With its cooling unit and strong insulation panels, it keeps the temperature inside the crate constant down to -18°C. This keeps products fresh, maintains hygiene and eliminates the risk of deformation during transportation.
